The gym looks good but the trainers are useless and not friendly. There is no floor trainer and management is also poor. Nobody cares so don't waste your time and energy. They remove all negative comments. So that people will get fool .
Excellent Gym in Vasai East with well maintained equipments and hygienic environment.Trainers are professionals and very helpful.I joined this Gym around four months back with specific target to reduce the uncontrolled weight gain.I was guided by Trainer Sunny who is having years of experience and lot of patience! Apart from selecting the exercise routine I was provided with proper diet plan. Mr.Sunny gave regular diet tips which helped me tied over the issues in switching from carbohydrate rich diet to Protein rich diet. Thanks to Team Reflex Gym Vasai East for helping me achieve my health goals.
I had joined Reflex Gym in June 2022, it was my first time ever joining a Gym. I am having great experience here in terms of equipments, trainers, cleanliness, the other gym members and the location. I had taken personal training from Sunny for 3 months and had lost 10kgs. Sunny has been very dedicated and helpful. I would recommended this to all new Gym joiners.

I have tried other gyms in Evershine City, but none of them had trainers who were as interested in helping me as Fahad Sir and Khalid Sir. They are the best trainers I have ever seen, and this gym has everything I need to get in shape. Mark my words!

Nice clean small beach, and this beach is not crowded, if you want to go to a quiet place, you must go to this beach. It's a black sand beach with very few tourist. The entry to this beach is via the Vasai village with lots of bushes & trees.
