The worst service ever..I bought a chain of 7gm after 2day of use it was broken but they didn't exchange and keep that for repairing.n that time their behaviour was very rude.and told that after 4 to 5 days we will contact but they didn't contact.. after 7days we tried to call the shop ds time behaviour was also worst..and cut the call.. don't even told that when they will return..I suggest everyone not to go this kind of jewellery shop who are not customer friendly..

Good behaviour to customer and good prices

Worst behaviour of the staff, they don't know how to deal with customer. They so attitude like we are purchasing free of cost from them. Very poor service. Reeta and sons jwellery in Satya nagar is far better than this jweller. If owner is known about the behaviour then he is also same as them.

Pathetic place to shop for jwellery. First of all very limited variety and seems like cheap store. And the cashier's are with the worst behaviour. They are openly violating RBI's guidelines and asking for 2% extra from customers on credit cards. They are breaking the agreements with the Bank which provided the POS machine. When argued they are just giving lame excuses that banks are also charging them extra money (which is the agreement between them and bank for getting the POS machine). If you guys are always doing the same, you should put a sign board at the entry itself that customers will pay extra if paying by credit cards. Better to go for other stores. Avoid this as much as possible who are not shying away into tricking customers.

Price is higher than Big showroom good product and we'll designed choicefull products available and very bad thing is that coustomer dissatisfaction because the behaviour of all the sales man is very poor they behave coustomers like a dog . The cashier ,the ring department sales man, the exchange department sales man, the peon and the security guard are very well person except them all are very bad in manner and they charged making charge including gold price and after then they provide making charge free Like this way they fool every coustomers.
