Reena Enterprises - Building materials store in Iritty - Kannur, India

I recently went there to purchase a water tank. The experience I had there at the shop was not only not that great but also was disappointing. The staff was not at all interested in attending a customer like me ( it is assumed for them I was not high value customer at least for that day). But if this is the trend,no one would visit that place again, and the majority would be keep away from their shop. One more incident to quote, they promised me to homedeliver the product that day or next day. That was one of the reasons I still decided to purchase the item from there.They didn't attempted for delivery that day for some reason, and on next day they told me that if any vehicle goes that side will try for that but no gurantee. Finally I brought the item in my own arrangement. Overall my experience there was never up to the mark.better visit some other shops where they respect the customer relationship.

Worst experience as a customer. I went to buy a TV, sales person was judgemental and was not even interested to share product specifications properly. For asking final prize he said he will only share if he is sure am going to purchase. You might find some products with 500 or 1000 less but if you want a good customer experience I wouldn't suggest this place.

One of the Best place for all kinds of Sanitary items in Iritty. They have lot of collections. All major brands. It is quiet cheap compared to other shops in Iritty.

Reena enterprises in quite an all in one store or group of stores for all our plumbing, electrical, hardware, building materials, paint, etc. Pricing is very reasonable and courteous staff. The only challenge one may face is the delay due to many customers at the same time. Overall it's the only place in the locality which has all these under one roof.
