Reebok Store - Sportswear store in Barasat, Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

The store provides sports shoes, hikers, trekking shoes, running shoes, regular sports wear etc. Attendants were helpful and patient while listening to your requirements in order to cater the best services and products they can offer. I'm a repeat customer of theirs, my current shoe is basically 3/4th probably since my first visit when their location was near to Hridaypur. Although, everything seems to be good but their discounting process (which aimed at higher profits and garnering to extra buy that you won't be required at that point) isn't something they claim to be proud of. Except this I'm a happy customer to their franchise. I hope to visit again in the future whenever I need anything.

Your saleman exchanged the pair of slippers with wrong size. It took me little time to visit ur store for exchange then he refused to do so saying I wore it and gave some horrible excuses for quality of the product and brand. I had bad experience at Reebok Barasat. I may recommend Reebok products to someone but will never recommend to visit barasat store.

Don't buy reebok shoes from this particular outlet. They never give any discount on the shoes. You can buy any reebok shoes on their official reebokindia website with approximately 50% discount. They don't even inform you when the discount will appear. No shoes will come under 4566 price. You will get a nike shoe under that price. So shouldn't you buy a nike shoe rather than a reebok shoe. Nike is the no 1 shoe brand in the world. So be smart. Don't get fooled. Thanks

Genuine reebok store. The shoe collection is very good. You can get cheap to expensive all kind of reebok shoes here. The staff is very helpful and their behavior is very good. Love this outlet.

Reebok Barasat The worst showroom I hv ever seen... They r selling Trek shoes in 40% discount without any warranty and after completing the billing process, they r mentioning that " Ur shoes have no warranty as u have bought those in discount." when I protested and clarified that, " if u have mentioned it already that warranty will be overruled by ur discount, I should not buy ur shoes. " Then they insulted and harassed me and my mother and say, " u have no idea about ' Brand' products and u have to pay it as bcz ur bill is already generated. " Then, we feeling disgusted leave the showroom paying them the exact value. Interestingly, they have not given the bill. now, Barasat is basically a district town rather a bussiness centre where people from diff rural sector like Basirhat, Hasnabad, Vira, Ghuma come for shopping. In the midst of such a city, a showroom is showing "Brands" this is ridiculous..... is not it? and they threatened us that the cctv is going on..... so Reebok, before appointing crew in showrooms, give them a book of Dale Carnegie and teach them some manners.. and plz I am frm a much reputed bussiness family of ancient bengal, carrying a independent legacy... so plz teaching customers about brands.....plz don't do this kind of things... and treat all customers rich, middle class or poor class in same way... such treatment was not expected from u....
