It has ac and all but very non spacious for conventional weight lifting like deadlifts and squats however the room for cardio seems very big, I say huge enough to do weight lifting comfortably without being claustrophobic but the entry is soo small that u might hit ur head in the frame if u don't bent down enough, overall an average gym
