Such a well maintained gym with almost everything that any gymfreak would need. Anand is such an amazing person and would guide you throughout your body transformation journey. I totally recommend it for someone who isn't looking at spending thousands on useless fitness gym brands.
One of the best gyms in the locality and quite spacious as it has 3 distinct floor with plethora space so your body can have great experience of Cardio, body training and zumba too. Trainer is also amicable and ambience is very vivacious. You should really join as it will invigorate you.

Finally...After so long the best Gym is entered in karam pura & New moti nagar area. Must visit for all fitness enthusiast, a place in karampura like never before an affiliate "Red Ox" where you get value for money and justice to your work out great place & Great ambiance also have many activities like gym, aerobics, spa & cafe also. Gym is divided into 3 spacious floors, First floor is for cardio section, Second floor is for Weight training & Third floor is for Cross training. In a Simple word this place is a Class. I hope people of Near by places like punjabi bagh & moti nagar would also be join there. Kudos to Red Ox management.
