Very near to railway station Rooms are very spacious. Room service facility is also good. But basic room facility not available, you have to ask multiple times to provide necessary items. Lack of cleanliness. Dusting nit done properly. Bathrooms are not cleaned since years.

Rooms are big and good. Upkeep to be looked up. Bathroom door and tables etc. are not kept clean. Taps need attendance. Very poor room service. 1 room boy for 30 rooms. Big load and impossible to serve. A pantry for the lodgers would be desirable. Porcelain cups are to be provided for serving hot beverages. Centrally located and very conveniently priced. Little more improvement will enhance customer satisfaction.

Rooms are spacious and locality is very much approachable from bus stand and railway station. But room service is non existent. Essentials like water bottle, coffee/tea must be bought from outside. Must improve the service

If it is possible I will give Zero Star to this hotel. I request all please do not stay in this Hotel ever. I am writing this review right now from the Hotel room itself. I booked the Hotel 2 days before, they never told me that Lift is not working. When I checked in this Hotel today morning, after taking the amount they told me that my room is in 4th floor and lift is not working. Because it was too early morning and I have to visit the customer by 8am, I said Ok. Then they told me you please go to room we will send towel and soap with room boy. After 1 hour i.e. at 7am, I asked for towel, then they told me that towel is not available. When I asked them why they did not informed me when I book the room this morning, they don't have any reasonable answer. Till time I don't know if I will get towel or not. If you are planning to stay in this hotel. Please think twice. My strong recommendation please avoid this hotel at any cost. And I think I am the first person right now staying in the hotel and recommending not to stay. if you are not getting hotel room in Visakhapatnam, stay in Rail way station retiring room. But, please please avoid this hotel.

Centrally located the best budget hotel with old standards and one of the very few hotels that maintains(24hrs)stay in vizag...highly recomended for group stay..families and long period stay and for business officials...economical &comfortable.....situated in high commercial zone Dwarakanagar 80ft road. ........

Not at all a good hotel. Room service is very bad. Rooms are bigger and cleaned. Price is very high. compared to it's amenities. Hotel boys are cheats and their behavior too worse.

Average hotel. Seems like the business is not in good shape. Thus hotel maintenance is very poor. House cleaning staff asks for money. The location is very good.
