Called for enquiry about my upcoming trip but seems they have made enough business, the call was attended by very disgusting person claiming they don't need customer and won't entertain any enquiries, people tend to forget that the business value is measured on how happy and satisfied your customers and not by humiliating new customers, pathetic# experience#zero value to customers# arrogant staff.

I booked reddy travels for a taxi from US. They are simply amazing. They picked me up from the Airport. Naresh is the driver assigned. He is a true gentleman - very professional and prompt. Car was clean. I will certainly use them again. They responded quickly to changes to my schedule.
