I think this is one another gym begin by a "Jaat Budhi" who does not have any understanding of customer centricity at all. Twice i have called on the phone no starting with 8 to have an enquiry about the gym, but jaat bhai toh Sarkaari hein , he will or will not pick up the phone based upon his whims and his Sarkaari attitude. Not recommended at all.
Clown trainer and suffocating gym. The trainer will keep on asking you to get a personal training course and won't help you out or teach you how to use any of the machines if you are a beginner. They just stand around and roam freely like it's not even their job. Lack of machines is a huge issue, 3 people enter the gym and keep the machines occupied for the next 1 hour. Pathetic experience, switched to another gym after 2 weeks.
Very affordable and trainer is quite interactive and polite. Love the energetic and enthusiastic vibe. Also the gym is located on 2 floors which provide ample area for fitness.
