I tried the shoe and asked to pack it for the purchase. The sales person took 5 minutes to get back with the shoe box. Once we got home and saw the shoe, it was defective and significantly old. He replaced the tried shoe with an old and defective piece. Very unprofessional and fraudulent act by the sales rep.

My experience is really bad with this showroom. My brother purchased a shoes pair but the same was little bit tight and hence we returned the same for its fitting. Due to negligence of the worker of the showroom, the show pair got lots of scratch.
