Red Stone Resort, Poynad. - Resort hotel in Poynad, Pandvadevi - Raigad, India

I had a great night at Red Stone resort in November 2023. I arrived after dark on my bicycle and they were very welcoming even though I did not have a reservation. Checking in was only slightly delayed because they preferred that I pay through one of the online booking sites that showed prices only 50% as high as that quoted at the desk. Dinner of mushroom curry was delicious, and the pool was refreshing after a day in the saddle. The room was very clean. Their wifi did not reach me in room #1. It's not a big deal with good phone reception. Breakfast was included: 2 egg omelette with two slices of toast. Not worth the wait until 9am. The staff were great!

If you want to stay outside main city, then this place is good. Can visit with work staff/ friends/ family. Whole Staff has been replaced, New management is doing great at service and food.

ATTENTION: WOULD SUGGEST DO NOT GO. - 0 ratings on service. - Staff is too much egoistic especially (Rishi Patil) - Lack of proper management - People who want to Enjoy can get in to trauma - No music at all. - Outside food is not allowed to eat inside rooms. - Sites are too far away no hotels nearby. - Costly seafood (Not at all fresh) - They only give their return gifts to the customers who are good to them. - No intercoms. - Only one positive point ( Ambience allover and looks of the resort is way good)

firstly its not couple friendly you can only sit in the room you wont enjoy if there are more than 2 groups present because the area is small. Its bit awkward to go in pool as its in entrance and the staff and drinkers keep staring at you as the drinkers sit around the pool. The place is at very odd location very disconnected from the city and is very inside. food was not good at all it wasn't fresh but still the prices were very high. You are not allowed to bring outside food and alcohol but they didn't make any food for us. they ordered it from outside that too 3 hours late after ordering and they even forgot to give us the food after bringing it from outside. if you're a couple they will ignore you and focus on the groups. Avoid going there if you are a couple its okay to go in group but than eat and drink outside. The property is beautiful though but they need to manage the people and keep enough staff. Red stone team try to keep drinkers away from the pool and manage to keep a cook at night also to avoid unnecessary mess. give equal attention to couple and groups

Place is not good for couple and families... Bad food service...food prices are high also food quality is not good . We have ordered food at 7.30 pm and we received it by 10 pm . Alcohol options not available in hotel also thy don't allow carry from outside.

Nice and cool place for family or group trip. Food quality is very good. Rooms are clean, outside ambience are nice. Staff is polite and supportive. Great place for relaxing

Ambience is good... Rooms are not clean.... Found cockroaches in bathroom.... Food quality is good but little bit costly.... U cant carry alcohol there, u have to buy it from there.... Good place for family friends visit....

Great & lovely atmosphere. Best services..lunch was awesome...Fun loving place with Orchestra in Night & Club house too.
