Friendly staff, beautiful views clean rooms even though the first room were shown to us had a strong smell. The greatest thing... people here were very helpful, accommodating and balcony rooms have amazing views; the down size is if you are security conscience person- most doors of its balconies were not fully functional. None of its doors locked.

After 1day of check-out they were creating issues with payment and were giving us threats calls. Specially they(boy) were calling both the girls even at night. Service wasn't that good. Owner was friendly though. Receptionist and other service persons are just doing fraudulent things. They didn't even registered us nither took our signature during check-in or check-out. I booked this property from oyo app but they asked me to cancel there and check-in offline, for which they offered us Rs100 discount. After 6-7 hr of check-out they were calling to ask more money and when we denied to give more money they were threating us. Damn theft they are, go any hotel just not here....

unfortunately i had to stay there as i didnt had any other choice. i stayed alone that to i was visiting kolkata for first time. being a girl how can i stay alone haunted me very badly. but as the hotel staff knew i was alone n new to the city they helped me for each n everything. served tea, nashta, lunch, dinner, arranged taxi also. even wen i had a vomiting issue coz of indigestion one of the staff named dulal came with lemon juice with salt n sugar. they took care of me very nicely. it was a good stay apart from what i thot of. i was safe nobody came to disturb me. i would like to thank dulal bhaiyya,gobind bhaiyya, shibshankar bhaiyya n one more bhaiyya for their service n help. only few issues with room like bathroom was dirty, furnitures are all dusty, balcony full of dust. poor maintenance. so pls clean the room if somebody vacates not when somebody comes.affordable price for room n food. interesting thing was the chai cup. one chai was 10rs and the cup will b the size of ur thumb finger just like a shot glass. before u start enjoy ur tea it'l get over. first time in my life i laughed while drinking tea hahaha... but enjoyed a lot.

Location is very near to Dakshineswar railway station. Rooms are good. Bathroom is a bit small and smells. In non AC room cleanliness is not that great.

Located in front of Dakshineswar railwaystation, most of the rooms are equipted with AC, hotel CSR was humble and human friendly.

Mainly hotel is best due to its location.
