Red Orchid Spa - Massage spa in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Their rooms are very stinky, the towels are all sticky, the oils and cream they use are very cheap. I did not have a calming experience at all. Their therapists are very unprofessional and very rude, half of the time they won't understand only what you are trying to say and will apply too much of unnecessary stinky oil. Her massage strokes were so bad that even after the spa it made no difference. Moreover if you ask them to focus on few points they start pressing it angrily instead of gently applying equal force to help muscles relax. It was just a bad and a very very horrible experience. The staff is not at all welcoming and seeing such a pathetic service especially in Powai was highly disappointing. There are far more better spa in Mumbai in the same rate that have real skilled therapists. There is no point in wasting your time and money here.

For the first time in my life, I walked out of a massage. This place was beyond horrible. Facilities: First of all, this is not a "spa". The residential club of an apartment building has two small storage rooms that they have converted into massage "rooms". It is tiny, and it is dingy. The light is always on, and there is no AC. The cooler is noisy and barely works. Worst of all, the table does not have a head hole i.e. you are lying face down without a hole in the table. How do you not have something so basic for a massage place? Masseuse: I asked her to focus on my upper body and she proceeded to massage the lower body. I asked her again to focus on the upper body, and she completely ignored it and continued to focus on the lower body. The person was just not interested and seemed like the appointment was a burden. Other reviews: I noticed now that most of the '5 star' reviews here on google are by people with 1-2 reviews. You can make your own conclusions. I wouldn't go here even if the massages were free! I am not sure who the owner is but if I were them, I would be ashamed of this "spa". What a joke.

Worst Experience Ever. Firstly, my appointment was for 60mins but had to wait for 15mins inside one of the most unhygienic spa room ever. And the therapy didn't even lasted for 60mins for which i am glad as mentioned below. Please see the shared images. Secondly, the masseuse was not at all trained. Kind of just poured some oil and thats it. Utter waste of time going here for any therapy.

The massage was supposed to start at 7 it started at 7:30 and it was supposed to be for 60 mins, it ended in 30 mins. On top of everything there was no hot water to take shower.

Very good spa in Powai not so much interior but very good professional therapy

Overall good experience, Mr. Abhishek (manager) helpful with information and appointment schedule, massage was relaxing. Room 1 is a bit small, ambience needs to be improved, doesn't match with photo gallery. No music played, as I was told ,they do in the second half of the session(as per husband's experience). I feel there should be consistency in the service given.

One of the best spa in Powai very professional

I took the Swedish massage at red orchid spa at the racquet club in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai. It was very well done. The staff was attentive to my knee injury and customised the massage to fit my needs. The place is well maintained with very good amenities for a full spa treatment. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a treatment
