The location of the hotel is very good. Very clean and tidy hotel. Bedsheets, towels, blankets all were clean. Had a wonderful view from my room. House keeping guy Prem was very polite and sincere. Receptionist Chanchal was very professional and her behavior and smiling face made my day.

Rooms and Location was very nice, but in terms of service I rated it 2 because, here they serve mineral water but only of 250ml volume and have no facilities of larger volume bottles [we expect at least 1 l] nor they have facility of RO water for personal bottle filing, another point is the channels and Internet service are poor, as wifi provided is not sufficient to stream in least possible quality, which needs to be improved, rest rooms have high tech locks and hotel is build in a luxurious vibe, but services needs to be improved, 2 star because I haven't eaten their food so benefit of doubt and they send water when asked even if available in 250 ml only and cleaning room service is also pretty good

Impeccable service and opulent amenities define this outstanding hotel.

Visited for a professional meeting, which happened in the lobby. Can't comment on rooms or services as I didn't experience the same. The location is right next to the National Highway and easily accessible. Ample parking space and cleanliness.

Pros :- The staff is very courteous , soft spoken and manage to promptly respond to any requests. The hotel is well lit, clean and aesthetic. The room was spacious and had natural lighting too which was pretty good. You have a temperature controlled room and comfortable beds, large pillows, two chairs, a mirror. They have room service and a restaurant as well as some basics in room to make your own tea/coffee. They also provide bathroom slippers which is thoughtful if you forget your slippers. Cons I had some mosquitoes in my room so they quickly sent a mosquito repellent. Somedays there is surge pricing too, so for Rs2500 per night without breakfast you get a good location on main road.Though I noticed on the app the classic room costs Rs1900, I was provided an upgrade to deluxe room based on availability.

The staff was very nice and cooperative and the food is also delicious I cannot stay for long but it's worth it you really gonna enjoy the property and hopefully the stay too.

we organised a engagement function on the first floor in ELLEGENCE the behaviour of staff was very bed even during function glasses for cold drinks were not there atleast for 30 minutes, service was wrost no one was there to listen us, we couldn't take the dinner bcz the waiters were not ready to serve the food

People celebrating their functions at Banquet hall make too much noise. You can not spend your stay calmly. I could not sleep whole night due to heavy disturbance. Request others to note & choose wisely. Good Breakfast & front desk staff very polite.
