Red Fox Hotel, Vijayawada - Hotel in Vijayawada - Krishna, India

I booked a room at Redfox because it's a Lemontree hotel. It's a horrible experience. The service is dismal, to say the least. The toilet is disgusting. The person at the reception was rude, and didn't even bother to reply to us. I think being rude is a part of their job. Except the watchman, the rest of them are pretty annoying. I'll never book again at any of Lemontree hotels, Redfox specifically.

Red fox chain is a Pathetic hotel and service is very poor. Rooms are small and breakfast spread is limited with very poor service. Staffs are running around and refuse to entertain you. Completely unprofessional service. Suggest to refrain from this hotel and save your hard money. Stayed in their Delhi red fox even after notifying them many a times the have not give proper GST bill and have plethora of excuses and also won't respond to emails. After this review the Front desk manager of Delhi called and told that he will resolve the GST issue. However, till date I'm yet to get any communication from them. Don't go by the fake reviews.

Red Fox is a good budget hotel with made like a luxury hotel. As a business traveller, all I need is comfortable sleep, clean room and decent looking place. Its all there.

Very worst food, taste less and very expensive. Road side street vendor food is even better taste. Very poor response from staff and services. Our program finally ended up with guests dissatisfaction and we felt very embraced

Location is good. Room was congested. Washroom stinks. I think they aren't maintaining it properly. Everything is premium but lack of maintenance is clearly visible. There's no menu in the room, when we call the room service, they would say arbitrary prices that are way expensive than other star hotels. For 140 bucks tea, I'd at least expect a flask and two cups. The server just drops in, serves the tea in a cup and ensures the billing is cleared then and there, I mean it looked little awkward to me. Parking is good. If you are left with no other option, you can visit this but I'm not sure if it's worth the price. There's no central ac in rooms.

Good... breakfast good, service good, people good n friendly Still requires improvement in ambience... i think But worthy...

Redfox hotel Patibandavari Vijaywada is a great value for money hotel It has nice spacious rooms and great food Moreover the staff are also quite polite and respectful They are always ready to help us in anything Even the food is very good with various varieties of different cuisines being served That being said the only issue that I felt with the hotel was the wifi which never really works and we have no choice but to use our mobile data Also sometimes the laundry gets a bit delayed but that has happened only once and once we informed the hotel about the same they sorted the issue out Miss Sanjeevarani in particular is a very good and frie employee who is always their for our services Overall I Would rate the hotel a solid 8.5 out of 10 Considering the prices of the rooms it is amazing how we get such great facilities So if u are in Vijayawada and are looking for a place to stay with a relatively smaller budget this is the place to go

Disappointment all the way round. The tariff they charge is not as per property. They don't have in-house Cafeteria. They delay all the orders but charge as per star hotel. Location is also not great except some dedicated space for parking. If you want to have a 1 day stay . please opt for other properties.
