Red Fox Hotel, Mayur Vihar phase 3 - Hotel in Delhi - East, India

Worst experience ever in this hotel. Staff said that basic items like dental kit, shower essentials, slippers etc are on paid basis. They don't provided anything in room when in you check in. Washroom was very dirty and after flushing several times everything keeps floating. No variety in food also. We had dinner and there is one dal, one gravy vegetable and one dry vegetable. You have better options in same budget. I thought this hotel is part of lemon tree but they don't offer any amenities like lemon tree.

Red fox chain is a Pathetic hotel and service is very poor. Rooms are small and breakfast spread is limited with very poor service. Staffs are running around and refuse to entertain you. Completely unprofessional service. Suggest to refrain from this hotel and save your hard money. Stayed in their Delhi red fox even after notifying them many a times the have not give proper GST bill and have plethora of excuses and also won't respond to emails. After this review the Front desk manager of Delhi called and told that he will resolve the GST issue. However, till date I'm yet to get any communication from them. Don't go by the fake reviews.

Excellent hotel.. best for family or couple.... Very Humble staff... Always Smiling n receiving.. Very good in house restaurant.. Option of Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner is simple fantastic.. very few hotels offer only breakfast as complimentary but here they offer all three.. that's really good for different travellers from different states.. although limited south Indian food but manageable.. Rooms are sanitized n well maintained.. all amenities n ambience is great.. Most of the rooms smoke free, if you are a smoker, ask the reception for change of room.. Only complaint I have is there no Exhaust Fan in Bathroom... Laundry is available, comparatively Lil expensive but manageable.. All in All.. had a great time.. loved it.. thank you Red Fox...!!

Nice hotel to stay for a short business trip. The buffet breakfast is quite good. Staff are extremely polite and well behaved.

I just booked a day room 3-4 days ago When we enter the hotel they said you have book for single occupancy and you are two people so you have to pay Rs1000 extra for this firstly I want to say that this is not a 4 or 5star hotel that the amount they are charging secondly I have travelled a lot in 4 star or 5 star like le meridian and the Oberoi hotel even those big giant don't even charge for it or if they charge there amount will be like maximum like Rs500 but Rs1000 extra after paying all booking amount is unnecessary and secondly staff instead of helping to solve the problem are like sir you have to pay there is no other way I just want to say that there are many services which if we upgrade for coustmer will make them Happy or also make them To visit again But this hotel is just like nothing they don't even bother and the rooms are really not that nice there structure is like getting old I have paid extra Rs1000 after making complete booking please make sure anyone if you somehow make a single mistake while booking this hotel they will definatly make you pay more amount instead of cooperating or helping you

Really want to appreciate front desk staff Vaishnavi for her kind gesture. She helped us with an early check in. During check in I asked the guy at reception for a room on a higher floor with a good city view but instead got a room on the 2nd floor with a parking lot view, which made it very uncomfortable for us to keep the curtains open. The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable to rest as we were travelling for the past 48hrs before reaching the hotel. In the shower only hot water was coming, imagine 37 degrees of heat outside in Delhi and we were unable to take a cold shower even after a tiring journey. I could let go of all that but what disappointed me more was the food. I could understand the part of a small and limited food in the buffet but the taste was also not at par to any hotel. On the day of check in we had our breakfast. We had idly which tasted like rubber, asked for a scrambled egg which was overcooked and too much milk was added in it which spoiled its overall taste. Later that evening we went for dinner, yet again i was disappointed with the chilli chicken which had bone and was too sweet. The next day for breakfast i had no hopes with the food yet i tried asking the chef at the live counter if egg benedict was available and to my surprise chef was shocked to hear the name of the dish. I had to repeat it thrice still he couldnt understand what was i looking for. Then he asked the service associate standing next to him and he began to google what egg benedict really is. I would have understood if it was not available in the menu but to google the name of a common dish was surprising for me. We also tried the french toast from buffet which was so hard to chew i almost got a tooth ache. Overall it was a complete disappointment being my first visit in the city and in this property. The only reason i gave 2 stars is because of Vaishnavi, she was so polite and humble. Whenever we passed the reception she would smile and greet us. She is definitely a star of the hotel.

More a convenience than a proper choice. The place benefits from a lack of alternatives in the region. The rooms are standard fare but more on the cramped side. The food is mostly bland and pricey. The staff on the other hand are extremely courteous. Good enough for a night halt if you are around Noida, but does not merit too strong a recommendation. Biggest pro the staff, biggest dampner the prices.

my stay was here very well, All staffs are very much well in each our requirements & cooperative behaviours also have well cleanliness that's Hotel are fullfill all my satisfaction as a good stay, thank you
