I haven't enrolled any program, yet all the trainers are great and you can get great support during gym. Plus, if you pay for p.t than dedicated trainer give you consistent support. And the best part is , not a single trainer promote p.t or supplement from them selves.. u have to ask for such things. If u ask for diet, they will guide u, ask them required supplements they will let u know. Great gym @ lodha palava

Nice and clean place, you will get all the equipments you need for gym/ basic equipments for CrossFit. Trainers are friendly. Overall it's a good package in reasonable price!!
I just want to say that it really really work the diet he gives along with the exercises that all he explain well and also he him self follow all things and I have seen many pt who lost there weight in good way so I recommend you to follow him...He will definetly guide you in correct way.......
