Filthy rooms and toilets and staff is super lazy. Hospital management is pathetic. I took a pvt room but it is not even cleaned and when complained I was told to wait till morning. Rats are roaming in the room during night from here and there.

Nearest bus terminal are Shahdara, New Seema Puri, Anand Vihar. Hospital has speciality in women and children care and also have general ward. Timings are morning 0800-0900 hours and evening 1700-1900hours. Parking facility is available inside the hospital boundary.

As a part of doctor dr minakshi she is such a wonderful doctor. But the major thing is that after delivery they didn't give ur baby to u. aap log taras jayenge apne hi bache ko dekhne k liye. They will do unnecessary tests of ur child widt informing u. N said apke bache ko yeh problem h woh problem hai. Or jab hm ne bahar se doctor se consult kiya to our child was totally healthy n fit. He didn't need all such inhuman treatment. They kept my child in nursery for four days. N we thought they r taking care of my child but after request wen they gave my baby. N inject so many bottles of antibiotics. Done x-rays widt our consent. N charge us 35000 nursery and 37000 charge for delivery total charges Rs. 72000for normal delivery and this inhuman treatment. For making money they hurt ur newborn child.ther are like monsters. N I was not alone all d mother's in special ward facing d same issue . They kept their children for weeks. is it possible all d children were need to kept in nursery
I have consulted Dr Tara, she don't have manners to talk. Staff was rude. They didn't clear our doubts. Vising this hospital is a complete waste of money and time. I would recommend to visit any other jholachap doctor on top of Red cross hospital (specifically Dr. Tara)
