The red Chillies familY restaurant I visited recently left me deeply disappointed, particularly with their prawns biryani. The dish was a complete letdown, as it only consisted of a measly three pieces of prawns. The portion size was incredibly small, and the taste was underwhelming. Moving on to the octopus biryani, it was an absolute disaster. The aroma emanating from it was unbearable and repulsive. I couldn't take more than a single bite before giving up on it entirely. the chicken biryani was no better. The rice was incredibly hard, indicating poor cooking technique, and the overall cleanliness of the dish was questionable. It left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the hygiene of the restaurant. Moreover, the bathroom situation was unacceptable; it was locked and inaccessible.This lack of basic amenities reflects a severe lack of management and customer care.The problems didn't stop there. The food was simply awful. The dishes lacked flavor and were poorly cooked. The ingredients seemed to be of low quality, and the presentation was haphazard at best. Given the disappointing experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Instead, opt for buying mineral water or indulging in a delicious packed ice cream elsewhere. This restaurant fails to deliver quality food, hygiene, and a comfortable dining experience.

First of all tea was so good I only ate a starter known Peri Peri Al faham which was 9/10 as the chicken was little under cooked ! Overall am happy with the dining experience And the ambiance which is peaceful. You guys are doing it great as compared to the previous management as they all couldn't manage to survive here . Never expected such a let down. Beef and chicken both not cooked well. Both are having same gravy. We couldn't finish even a single plate. Locals are seen ordering biriyani only. May be they know well about other dishes. Good parking space

First of all we stopped randomly during a road block. Had lunch. We ordered Chicken, Beef biriyanies, Noodles, Mandhi etc. Service was amazing we can say, at last we knew that guy is a delivery guy. Pure class. Also they made good ambiance. Well maintained rest room and lots of Parking space too. The only issue I faced faced is the non ac area is having house flies. It's bit disgusting, when we raised the concern they arrange seating at ac section. Apart from this had a great time and not too costly as comparing to similar places like this.

Red Chillies Family Restaurant. We stopped there during our Family trip from kannur to Kochi. It's an average restaurant. We had our dinner at 11pm. We had ordered Veg Fried Rice, Porotta, Chilly Chicken, Pepper Chicken, Pepper Beef, Paneer Butter Masala, Chicken Butter Masala. Some items were good. Some were average like, paneer Butter masala, chilly chicken, chicken butter masala ... Service was good. Have restroom facilities. Have huge parking facility too. Since it is in highway, it's a good option for night travellers.

If you're coming from kannur to Calicut this is a good option for having food, i tried beed curry, porotta , and plate shawarma. Shawarma was average. Porotta and beef was nice. Also they have a good parking slot. No need to worry about parking.

I visited Red Chillies Restaurant yesterday and ordered the Kuzhi Mandhi. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was quite disappointing. It did not meet the standards of authentic Mandhi, and we were disappointed with the overall experience. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the quality of their dishes.
