First things first Overhyped food joint . The rush u see here are the people who think that this biryani is from other planet . Sorry people such biryani u can find it in any street in Hyderabad with even good taste . Take away logic. Who wants to wait for 1/2 hr to get a token and 1 hr to get food ? That too in a take away place where u dont have to serve in seat all u have to do is to pack. Take away concept is solely for people on hurry or hungry where in they take a parcel on the way home or to party . So ur service is very slow here. Even if we consider its initial hiccups u must be aware of quick service.hire some more staff and increase a token counter. And when being asked y its too late to give food the person on the counter give some intergalactic reasons feeling that this is the only take away joint in whole world . ( 1 st reason they seperate pieces and rice and then pack in bucket ) 2nd they modify order accordingly to pieces selection leg , wings and all. Coming to taste. Mehhhh Overhype. People in sircilla who haven't tasted authentic dum biryani and who has eaten the same old typical biryani served in restos in the area can like it. But people who have eaten in best joints in hyd wouldn't like to go back in there. Franchise taste. A franchise operated food joint need to maintain a consistent taste . Cause u have readymix masala . Ratio of meat rice and powders. Then y people are giving mixed reviews ? I heard people changing their opinion visit to visit. Atleast now try and change ur service.

Food quality and taste is super , but the one thing I don't like is waiting. We have to wait for 30 minutes nearly to get our food (token) ready.

Took veg biryani. Rice not boiled properly. Taste is also not great. Panner in the veg biryani is not fried. Not recommended at all.
