Red Apple Hotel - Hotel in Sangrur - Sangrur, India

Degrading my rating from 4 to 1. I have been a regular customer there. But their parking staff has no manners to talk to guests. It's the third time that they argue and mis behave with me and my guest. Firstly, they remain absent during parking and misbehave while returning. Well mannered staff should be appointed else the hotel's reputation will be tarnished.

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Place I recently visited Sangrur on a business trip and had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Red Apple Hotel. I must say, it was a dreadful experience from the moment we walked in. The receptionist's behaviour was simply appalling. Upon arrival, we expected a warm and courteous welcome, as is customary in the hospitality industry. However, we were greeted with nothing but rudeness and indifference. The receptionist appeared disinterested and unwelcoming, which was a terrible first impression. The situation escalated when the receptionist's behaviour took a nasty turn. He engaged in disrespectful behaviour towards my sister, showing a complete lack of professionalism. Such batmeezi (rudeness) is absolutely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's management. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at the Red Apple Hotel in Sangrur to look for alternatives as it is clear that the staff lacks the training and courtesy needed in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend it to anyone. There are far better options in Sangrur that offer a more pleasant and welcoming experience.

They dont respect their customer. Waste of money. Even if you have joined there premium membership there is no benefit.

It is a much better place and services are excellent and the environment is very peaceful

comfortable rooms, clean washroom and ample parking space good for long stay as it has in house Pub etc.

I am karthik, stayed in this red apple hotel. I came from kerala for a chess tournament few days ago. Accommodation was very nice. There were no problems or concerns. I was staying alone/ single person. Ate food on the last day as well, that was nice too.

This was best hotel I visited during my visit to Sangrur. Good food. Good hospitality. Good ambiance. Nice view from room. Good working room ac. breakfast and dinner. I will strongly recommend it.
