Enquired for access 125, customer handling was average. Showroom experience was OK, have enough stock for popular model like access 125 in all variants. They didn't provide test drive vehicle. Overall OK experience, need some improvement in customer handling.

If there was an option for negative rating, I would give them negative 5 stars. Worst customer service I experienced ever. The staffs doesn't have any training and they don't know how to deal with customers. If anyone's reading this review before going there.. please, don't go to that hell.

Authorized suzuki two-wheeler sales and service center. Easily visible from road side. Working as per COVID protocol. Can buy new suzuki two wheelers and get it serviced by trained technicians. Parking is free. Accessories and gadgets are also available. Can find washing room for public use. Leave if the review is helpful to you
