I have never been to any Gym till now in my life.I started on Jan 1st 2022 after i realized that i am very much over weight :) and I was not sure at all how many days I would continue my gym days initially. Started going regularly on Jan and I slowly started enjoying it. I was a person with very less confidence on what all exercises i can do as I have never been to any gym. Luckily I got Gautam as my personal trainer , such a positive and motivational person. I still remember the day when Gautam told will make you to do push-up when i was struggling to do 2-3 wall pushup during initial days. I went only 4 months to reborn fitness , i have shifted my jeans size from 38 to 34 and Tshitt from XXL to L :) . I need nothing more than this to keep myself happy :) Everything happend in 4 months was step by step.They have slowly increased the intensity but never in single shot , so i never felt going to Gym as burden. Even i was little lazy to get up morning to go to gym , Gautam used to call and wake me up and asked me to come over. He never let me down in my 4 months. He has a positive vibe about him and is very passionate about what he is doing. One of the finest place to workout, they are open throughout the day. Trainers are well experienced. Professionalism is seen in each and every aspect of this gym. Equipments are top notch, they also provide CrossFit and group classes. Hygiene is maintained very well.

I was 88.5kg when I joined Reborn Fitness. In less than 2 months of joining, I lost 8 kg. This is mainly thanks to the professional, dedicated and friendly team of trainers in Reborn.
