The staff there was very I'll mannered, he asked something which we didn't take with us, so we had to come back again and then, the person says he never asked that. He was behaving in a bad manner, being in service industry, a customer care person must be always polite but he was totally opposite.
I like the place it gives a good vibe and ya i haven't purchased anything from there but it's a good. I go there with my friend he has some issue with his earphone. But staff is very kind and good.
Every staff should busy in Only tea or Food. Not understand anything customer's request or not solved any problem. They have 4 Customer help desk(window) but only one helpdesk open so customer waiting (wasting) time is too much...
Poor service. Bring your xerox of bill and box also, as they don't follow covid instructions. Mailing document wont work there they don't accept mails. Said covid is over mam. While day by day third wave is at alert situation. Just keep going searching for xerox shop. While reaching there for expecting service at one place don't work here. It's unnecessary struggle they expect you to do leaving your precious work time as its open in weekdays. Outside ni realme board mentioned Searching this service centre itself struggle as everywhere nokia is written. Problem solved but with lot of struggle n irritated
