I strongly advise against visiting Realme Service Centre (K S Mobile). The service is incredibly disappointing, and the staff is uncooperative and unresponsive. They showed a complete lack of professionalism and failed to address our concerns. Save yourself the frustration and choose another service centre that values its customers.

very worst service ..i have purchased realme c 33 8 months before. now it has gone off. submitted in this centre but still it is not repaired. when we call the staff they rudely behaved . I never bought Realme mobile.......10 days as gone..m going office without mobile.
Please avoid this service center for any device for peace of mind as the staff is unprofessional and least bothered to serve customer and have an attitude that customer is of lowest priority. Realme, Boat, Xioami, etc, please remove your products servicing otherwise you are just damaging your brand value and loose customer.
