This is the worst customer service that I had ever received in my life. They were so arrogant and irresponsible. They were delaying the service unwantedly which they had assured to be fixed within 7 days. They never tried to contact me even after I had given the product for replacement and they behaved so harshly when I tried to contact them. And they replaced my limited edition realme nitro blue air 3 with an ordinary white one. I'm currently hating real me products just because of this horrible experience and I will never buy anything from this brand.

Repaired my Realme phone from here, service experience was good. My suggestion is to improve the part ordering and waiting time for customers. For my phone as it was under warranty, had to hold the phone at the service centre for more than 1 week, as the part (stock) delayed to reach them.

Terrible experience, I ordered 1 display and 1 back panel , I waited 2 months every time they said items got defeated from the store, we can't do anything so why don't they give the correct option for the customer, even the receptionist is not speaking any other language, they behave like realme made in kerela and only for Malayalam customer. I feel bad as they behave to me, finally I go to the kochi service center and fix it.

Bad service from Realme,They don't repair our products Covered under warranty and they say only replacement for products and they find any silly issues and say it's physical damage and don't raplace it, At the same time Samsung's Warranty claim is superb, Surely i am planning to complaint on consumer court about this attitude from realme that they dont even repair products Covered under warranty ,Very bad experience from realme

Neglect the negative comments guys. The service centre is good. I recently serviced my phone there and was done with good care. Good customer handling by the staffs especially mobile technician He is very helpful

Very bad experience..no respect for customer's time..got there at 2:30pm..and we were told to come back the next day since all their technicians were going to have food at the same exact time and they didn't even care to even glance at the phone.. immediately went to a local store and got the phone repaired

This service centre is spectacular, their customer support, service n all really helped me, their technicians are also well knowledgeable about their products and really friendly they explained me about my phone issue and they solved it which was very satisfying as a customer.
