The staff is a bit rude!! My personal experience was not that great..they just stick to there point and don't listen to the customer at all..I mean the duty of the staff at service centre is to treat customers a good way because the only work they'll get is by the customers themselves. I hope they will try to talk in a more respective and polite manner and will be a good listener as well.

Very good staff and service. Well behaved manner and organized timing provided by Faizan sir. They always solved my problem.

They try to fool the customer and delay repairing so that the warranty expires and they are able to charge more. Also, unreasonable amount is quoted.

very bad experience...staff behaviour is very bad and they force you to bring your adhar card copy if you want your old part(still when your mobile is out of warranty)
