Useless service center. Realme technician and other staff is not well-trained and they charge extra for parts and repairs. As this is a service center of multiple brands, proper attention is not given to any brand here. Waiting times are insane! Avoid this place and go to some other city's service center or local shop.

I had a terrible experience with the realme service center in London. I bought a realme 8 Pro online and it arrived with a cracked screen. I contacted the customer service and they told me to send it to the nearest service center for a free replacement. I followed their instructions and shipped my phone to the service center with the proof of purchase and warranty booklet. However, after two weeks of waiting, I received an email from the service center saying that they could not replace my phone because it was damaged by external force and not covered by the warranty. They also said that I had to pay for the repair or they would send it back to me as it is. I was shocked and angry by their response. How could they accuse me of damaging the phone when it was clearly defective when I received it? How could they charge me such a high price for a repair that should be free? I tried to call the service center but no one answered. I emailed them several times but they ignored me. I felt cheated and helpless. I decided to write this negative review to warn other potential customers about the realme service center. They are dishonest, unprofessional and rude. They do not care about their customers or their products. They only care about making money by scamming people. Do not buy realme products or use their service center. You will regret it. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

They made me wait 1 hour just for checking spare part price and when I checked in backside the staff was eating vada pav. total useless place. Worst service ever. Avoid at any cost

Very bad service experience. Staff language is rude. I asked about missing mobile screws They said our company can't provide mobile screws

The worst cervice centre , no one take the responsibility, ignore responsibility no one takes the just call and the realme products are also useless please don't bye any realme products

Bad Experience.... survice is very slow and to much expensive.... They are not survice your mobile well n prices are very High... Just for checking what problem in your mobile only for that they charge you Rs120 and other parts they sold you above 1000 and charge you extra 400 rupees survice charge... I'm personally saying don't go to these survice centre.

Superb experience.I am traveling to Ahmednagar for work and suddenly phone has some technical issue I search Google and found this service centre and looking to review I take a chance and it's just superb. Good staff Great Support
