He was in touch with me via phone call before i reached the service center. 2. Environment & location is also good. It's so much near from the suri bus stand. 3. They provide quick solution to me. Overall I'm fully satisfied & recommend you, just go for it...
Worst, Disgusting..when i ask them for change my battery, they said your mobile can be dead, can be formatted all data, also tell your back panel can be broken.. Then why i go here.. i can go to any repair shop. I ask after that to another service center, they said no nothing will happen, battery change karne k liye ph ka data clear kaise hoga ya ph dead hi kyu hoga.. or aisa hoga to service center kis liye.
They always take a lot of time to understand what the customer is saying which actually indicates the lack of professionalism of the attendent. I waited 3 hr from 11 am to 2 pm to tell my problem to the attendent. Then he took my Realme watch for testing and told me to come back later. I visited the Care around 6.30 pm on the same day. Then I have waited another 30 min again. Actually they didn't test the watch in that 4 hr time.
