Good service centre. Finding this place was difficult as there is only a small board indicating the shop. This place is situated on the first floor of a building. The place is neatly maintained with a waiting room and enough chairs for visitors. The lady who was at the reception was very polite and she handled the issue efficiently. Overall good experience with the way they handled my issue with the Realme phone.
Worst service centre experience. Locating the service center was quite challenging. I recommend taking photos of your device before submitting it for service. There is a significant risk of damage when technicians open the phone, and having photographic evidence can be essential for any claims or disputes. It's a safe to capture your phone from various angles. The technicians seemed to have limited knowledge as they couldn't distinguish between display damage and frame damage.
Can't able to find place and customer service experience worst and people's not ready to resolve customer problem.For just name they have service centre.REALME will not stand on market if they do this kind service to customers.

Good service centre. Just gave my new realme mobile since i could set ringtone. they said it would take three hours for software update. even at the end of the day they not even bothered to intimate the client whether its ready or will take time. After making call they are just saying service done but service centre will be closed by 7.30pm., which is very bad.
The WORST service centre. Please don't waste your money. They will repair your problem but make any other problem in your device so that you have to go again and again. Overall FRAUD people sometimes they won't give you bill.
