In terms of hygiene and medical treatment, Realix Risk Care Hospital has performed admirably well. The food was also delicious. They adhere to the patient's timetable and diet. All of the staff members were quite encouraging & Skillful. Dr. Alpana and Dr. Deshpande deserve special gratitude for making us feel at ease and communicating in a nice manner. Highly recommended. My wife was admitted at around 2 am early morning in the hospital for low blood pressure (dehydration, loose motions ). It has been very good experience overall in Realix Risk Care Hospital, Thane West right from admission to discharge day. Dr. Deshpande, Sr Dr and other doctors especially like Dr Rajnish Patel (who was present during admission ) , Dr Nitin Patil & other doctors have been very very attentive during the hospitalisation treatment period of my spouse. The supportive staff like all Sisters ( nurses) were also observed very experience and their behaviour towards the patient and their relatives made our worries tension free ( relax & comfortable ). Quick smiling Services of all mavshies & housekeeping staff are really appreciable. Receptionists being the front desk of hospital are also polite, sober enough and are very supportive while replying the queries. It would be appreciable if management provides the well deserved salaries to all sub-staff like supportive staff ( nurses, mavshies & housekeeping staff ). Food quality is required to be improved. Overall , We are happy with the overall experience and at the top, me , my beloved spouse and my family are leaving happily from the hospital . Keep up the good work and all the best for future. Very clean hospital. Medical treatment is very good. Excellent co -operation from both Nursing staff and admin staff .All are helpful. Only suggestion to improve the Medical Insurance Claim facility like cashless etc.
We really had a great experience in this hospital. We got very nice, best and promptest treatment from concerned doctors, visiting specialists , nurses, ward boys , aayaas which helped for the fast recovery.
