Excellent service. I did the slum tour and it was very eye opening. Our guide was incredibly knowledgable and knew of the ins and outs of the development we visited. I felt safe the whole time, or moreso welcomed. They donate ~80% of your tour fee back into programs to help members of the slum, which makes the tour worthwhile in that aspect alone.
A friend recommended I do a tour of the Dharavi slums and so glad I did! Did a private tour with Reality Tours. My guide and the tour were both amazing! A vibrant community with a lot of wonder under the surface and Reality Tours was very knowledgeable. Safe, interesting, eye opening tour. Especially check out the street art and the little businesses and courtyards within. A must do and with Reality Tours which also has an NGO, Reality Gives, to put 80% of profit back into this community.

On a vraiment pu comprendre l'envers du decor de ce quartier et deconstruire nos prejuges, tout en respectant au maximum l'intimite des personnes y vivant. Great experience doing the the Street Food Tour and also Dharavi Tour. Street Food Tour: Hitesh and Raj were extremely knowledgable and great communication, easy to find and the train station and full on interesting stories about Food, Mumbai and India in General. Dharavi Tour: Swathi was amazing and we loved her and her stories. She was so passionate, and we learned so much about the Slum and Slum Life. She is a great guide and a great person.
The dharavi tour we did with Rakesh was a great experience. He really takes time and showed us around this fascinating place in Mumbai. Also the NGO they support is a great initiative.
