Well the only medium rated restaurant in this area that has real taste is Real Taste ;). If you are a regular customer making friends with the guys serving food is easy. They will treat you well. Even if you're not a regular customer you will get a fair service. The only and important thing about this place is obviously the taste. This place is worth when compared to spending more money in high class popular restaurants.
Best parottas in this area. Also boneless chilly and muttton serva is nice. For lunch they offer Ghee rice and fish gravy which is different from what's available in this locality. Do give them a try if you are nearby.
Good taste for local foodies. Only for bachelors or whose wife went out. Not recommended for family.
