Real Gym - Gym in Chennai - Chennai, India

This was 6-7 years back, the TRAINER here is a cheap, disrespectful and ill-mannered person. He is racist towards NORTH-INDIANS. Being in Saligramam area, many film-school/media students would come here. I and my friend would also go here. Being from well respectful families, we had good brand supplements...the trainer here would ask for the expensive protein powders to be sold to him and would say it won't help us. Said the same to me as well. Then when he would get jealous if he was ignored. And the WORST happened, one day when he saw I and my friend talking in the gym and working out...he got aggressive and HIT me and PHYSICALLY ABUSED ME. Even abused verbally calling me slangs in Tamil and Hindi. I wonder how this gym is still open and why people go here to be disrespected by the cheap person here. This place is really run by WORSE, CHEAP PEOPLE. They give Chennai a bad name. Worst place for YOUNG STUDENTS or Educated people to go to in the name of fitness.

Best place to do weight training.. But they have a strange tradition..by not allowing to use theradmills or cycle.. due to electricity bills. They won't even give stepper for warm-ups...as. It comes under aerobics, which doesn't come in weight training. The person who puts these nonsens rules is RAJA the person who takes care of the gym

The way one get treated matters a lot and this gym is a mark for bad experiences! The intimidated trainer happened to push out a guy from gym only because he is using all the equipments rightly (without the help of the trainer) while everyone else is dependant on him. Please do not use the place...

One of the worst gym in chennai. The guy so called trainer never allow the members to touch the equipment. Never teach anything, but will make stupid comments and make fun of us before people when we do on our own. No cardio equipment's, and he never mention the same when we register for admission. Just make us to pay the bill and tell us to do HIIT by using a aerobic stepper and tell us to repeat the same all the day. He advertise as A/C, but no AC is there,, not ok to workout in chennai summer at terrace covered by cement sheets. He wont even put fan for the members. One of the worst place to workout. You have to be a slave of him. So find a better place to workout else workout in home. That is better.

Believe me when i say this, the trainer has a habit of talking rude to people(who have'nt chosen personal training). If you want to pay to get offended and have a bad experience, then go ahead join this place!

Excellent, I don't see this gym equipments and dummbles any other gym.Go hard confirm get result weight loss or gain.

1. Low cost 2. Less crowd 3. Good trainers 4. People follow gym etiquettes.
