Swathi is very good and professional trainer pushes me to do all the type of exercises which I can do..she is the best yoga teacher too.. I felt very comfortable with her sessions..don't want to miss one session also.

One of the best gyms to workout... 1 Both the coaches are humble and knowledgeable to help you. 2 Spacious enough. 3 All the equipment are in good working condition. They keep improving the equipment every now and then. 4 Price is reasonable and lot cheaper with 6months/1year subscription 5 They have a dedicated coach for women.

This has been my first GYM after school days ! Have been there for the past 4 months or so, I could say the experience is nice, equipment is more than we would usually need, well maintained. My personal experience with "Sai" as a personal trainer has been great !, So is with the other trainers as well !
