We had an incredible time on our 2 night safari. We were quite unsure what to expect but it was an experience like no other. We rode healthy camels with a group the first evening and then watched the sunset at camp before sleeping under the stars. The second day was similar but just myself and my partner. Longer riding on the second day which was incredible. All the food was home cooked on the fire - absolutely no complaints. Our camel driver Abe was brilliant. So professional and taught us about local culture while we rode. Would recommend this provider to anyone as the experience was incredible

An incredible experience from start to finish! We just got back today and from the very beginning before our excursion even started, they took such great care of us. They picked us up from the train station at 6am and let us sleep in their guest house til we left in the afternoon. The trip was everything we hoped for with a beautiful camel ride during sunset and we got to sleep underneath the stars in the middle of the desert. It was truly something special. The bed was comfy too! The staff were all so kind and very organized and prepared. They took great care of us and had everything ready for when we would need it. I'd like to give a big shout out though to Abed and Nepal the camel guides who ran the camp for us overnight in the desert. They were wonderful and Abed's positivity was contagious. They taught us a lot about the camels! I would recommend this trip and company to anyone coming to Jaisalmer. They're a local company and they're really doing it right!

One of the highlights of our India trip so far. An incredible 3 day/2 night trip into the Thar desert with Abe (the best guide and friendliest guy ever!) Went into areas that no other company was going so felt like a really private and exclusive experience. The starry night sky was something special, as was the open fire cooked lunch & dinner. Would recommend to anyone. A special mention for Abe, a top guide and one of the nicest people we've met so far on our travels.

Being the first time, I was quite apprehensive on the facilities available and the experience with nature. I should say, I admire the efforts they take and the way they made us comfortable. Right from the camel ride to the cold night in the desert, it was the best anyone could offer, and we had a very unique and memorable experience

We had a brilliant time on our 2 day camel trek. Our guide Abe was so funny and accommodating.. he made the trip even more special! He cooked amazing food for us and even taught us how to make chapatis. Such a memorable experience and definitely recommended!

My husband and I went on a overnight tour with Read Desert Man Camel Safari Jaisalmer and it was a great experience. We spoke directly with the owner who helped us organize the tour and choose the best option. We started in the morning with a hotel pickup, went for the desert, had simple but very good lunch under the tree. Then we rested and headed to the camp site where we watched the sunset and had dinner. After dinner and a couple of beers we went to bed, which was under the stars as we selected (ie no tents, just the bed on the dunes). We were unlucky because it started raining heavily around 11PM and lasted the whole night, but the company had a good plan B with a hut near the place where we were sleeping. They also had tents for that cases, which helped us spend a night without getting wet. So unfortunately we could not sleep freely under the stars this time but we were very happy with the service provided by the company. Abeh, our guide, is a really nice individual and taught us nice things about the life in the desert. You should know, however, that the tour relies heavily on camel riding to transport in the desert. As I am not an animal riding person I asked to go walking instead and it was totally fine, with an amazing trek in the desert. I strongly recommend doing the tour with them!

We had an amazing experience at the campsite and even more wonderful one in the dunes Clean well kept rooms and bathroom , last time in Jaisalmer I had a bad experience at Sam dunes. This campsite is way better as a location too if you like peace and quiet All the arrangements on the dunes were great, even for the people who were doing a night stay, we didn't.

DESERT SAFARI IN JAISALMER Great experience! I had a really great time going in the safari with the Real Desert Man. The hosts and camel guides were really helpful, understanding, and accommodating. From the checking process (in their air conditioned office), all the way to the sand dunes - we felt taken care of. The camel ride started in a local village and took us to the Desert National Park, where we enjoyed moments of serenity. The food was amazing - great flavors and prepared on site. Even when the rains of the monsoon came, they took care of us and took us to an alternate location where we had the option of shelter. Amazing crew!
