Well knowledged coach... Friendly environment.... Safest place to workout for women...Those who are looking strength training, this is the best place in poonamallee circle. For beginners, they are feeding detailed work out knowledge. Never I saw this much of lowcost gym, they offering just Rs.400/- for month. For three months Rs.1100/- , 6 months at just Rs.1999/- and one year Rs. 3499/-. I highly recommend this gym.
