RCR Gym is one the perfect GYM for beginners and also body builders. The GYM is well equipped with machines and other weight lifting instruments. Although the trainer Mr. Akash sir is very friendly and supportive. I have been attending here for almost 2 months now and with his help and the diet he has given me i can already see the changes in my body and noticed much muscle growth like never before. Highly recommend!!! And one more important thing is ... the owner Mr. Vilas sir nature and behaviour is also awesome, so according to me whenever do you join gym you should have to join RCR Gym...
