Thoroughly disgusted with their ill-managed and disorganised approach. Had booked a hotel through them 6 months prior to the date of departure for Vietnam and we learnt about the hotel shutting down it's operations ONLY after we reached the location. There was no prior intimation from them with regards to the same inspite of 16 reminders to them. Think 100 times before on-boarding. Member ID: DE0168713

I exchanged 2 weeks of Club Mahindra to RCI in a hurry. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. Compare their prices before paying membership. Most of places are booked for months ahead and prices are more than what we get in MMT etc. Plus membership of 25k for 2-3 years and then ACCESS FEES for each time you want to book a trip apart from spending your exchange points.

Membership Number-D824-00050, Myself, spouse, kid ( 4.5 years ) daughter all tested COVID 19 positive since 9th Jan 2022. am asking the team to cancel my holiday in mid April and refund the amount. RCI is telling will deduct 30% cancellation, how can they expect family to travel in 2month with 4 year kid and all in COVID. Even service level also quite low standard. we have to keep following up and response are quite low. India RCI kindly look into matter at earliest even had emails also...please cancel the holiday and refund the amount?

RCI Ind representative sujatamam and mr anant give best service they give proper guidance to members my vacation in yercud is very nice gm mr jayant given best service he gives very nice training to his staff how to welcome members.resort I name mini Greece of india.mr Vijay give very good foods for all the days we are their. Culb Mahindra Coorg virajpath also very good resort. Front manager give good service. House keeping staff mr.neevin mr vankat and mr Niraj give very good service for 7 days.thanks sujatamam and anant.t Hanks jayant sir sterling yercud.

I was given a misleading representation by the RCI person who persuaded me to join. He said that an equal number of nights would have to be earmarked from my Cub Mahindra, whereas I am now told that twice the number of nights would be required for major hotels/resorts.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. They fish customers by FALSE PROMISES just to pocket their hard earned money. My retired parents were duped by their sales pitch and signed up for the RCI membership. Paid Rs51,000 as first of three installments. They were promised that they can stay for 7 nights for free in a year at any RCI affiliated hotels worldwide. This sounds to be too good to be true, and that's what it is... IT'S A BLATANT LIE. When they wanted to book a hotel for vacation, their reply always was that all the hotels in the city are full. The only hotels that are available are the ones which are in the middle of nowhere and nobody with a sane mind would stay there. In short... THIS MEMBERSHIP IS A TOTAL LOOT. They were also promised that the membership can be cancelled at anytime with full refund. When my parents asked for cancellation and refund, RCI is demanding 60% of the total membership fee as cancellation charge. RCI AND DAIWIK HOTELS ARE A TOTAL SCAM... DON'T BELIEVE THEIR LIES... STAY AWAY.

FRAUD ALERT Worst Company. They never resolve your issue if you are facing a problem.They promised me about refund of a hotel in 45 days and assured me that i will surely get it back. When i asked them about evidence,they told me not to worry as they record all the calls. So i booked holiday in some other country considering that i will get my refund back. Now they are denying for having any of my above mentioned conversation and are not willing to refund my 60000 Rs back. I have always recommended RCI to my friend but now after such experience i would say DONT EVER BOOK A HOLIDAY from them THEY ARE FRAUDS.

These people are fleecing us by lucrative deals and sweet talks. My experience is the worst. Had to cancel a vacation booked in April due to Covid. They said they won't refund the amount but it will be utilized in my next vacation. It's hardly 6 months and they are calling me daily 4 to 5 times a day to book a new vacation. With putting extra money of course. Here we are trying to survive day to day and these people are bullying us by threatening the amount paid will be lost. My word of caution pl don't fall in these traps.
