The staff are good and patiently show the different jewellery as demanded for. The billing process is smooth. They accept payment through Cash, Cards and Contactless mode. Overall it is a good store. |* Update after my recent visit *| The experience was not pleasant due to the unprofessional behaviour of one of their new staff. This leads to changing the rating from 5 to 4. Customer-facing staff should be well trained to talk and deal with the customer. In absence of such training induction staff should not be front ending.

I baught silver anklets from this store and they charge silver per piece basis not on the weight basis. They also dont disclose its purity %. My 66gms anklets costed me around 10.5k. The designs are good but not worth the price.
