It was a great experience at the hospital. The services were very good. The hospital staff is very cooperative and humble, they attended the patients very calmly. Hospital has a very good hygiene and good infrastructure. They are providing food and maintaining the rooms regularly. Overall the experience is amazing. I'd recommend everyone to this hospital.

This hospital is doing fraud with patients and don't care about patient's health, money is everything. I got foot plaster on 11th Oct and paid 4000 rs and extra 1500 rs for Pop and other plaster material. Today is 14 th October and you can see the situation of plaster. I called to the hospital and complained about it and they did not help me at all. I asked for my refund if not total so atleast 50 c/o of my paid money but they directly denied. Now I have to go to another hospital for a new plaster and have to pay 4, 5k again. doctor was so casual and instead of working on plaster he was busy in chit chatting. This is unacceptable and unethical. Worst hospital in Dlf phase 3 DON'T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH. THEY ARE FRAUD AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.

Recently, I had brought my 3.5 year old baby at RBS Hospital Gurgaon in Emergency at night. I must say that the clinical care and offered to my little one was phenomenal. Not just the clinical team but also the nursing team provided excellent services and were very compassionate. The dietician ensured to offer child friendly meals and us parents were made very comfortable by the on ground and administration team. It felt like our child was receiving best in class medical treatment at home. Pocket friendly hospital in cyber city gurgaon. I was having severe abdomen pain, doctor are very good, they give me emergency treatment, I was admitted for 3days, I had gall bladder stone surgery, rooms are good, food quality is very good, staff is very supportive, I'm satisfied with all over treatment, I recommend this hospital to all my friends and family, it's very economical in terms of money .

I can only use the term "WOW" to describe my experience at this hospital. It's a little pricey, but you'll feel it's worth it in the end. To be honest, I've never seen such a clean and sanitary hospital in Gurgaon.Everyone was extremely involved in the process, from the daycare workers to the nurses and doctors, and they truly care about their patients. You may find security guards annoying at times because they do not allow anyone except 1 attendant inside the patients' rooms, but I will state that it is for our safety, and I have no complaints about that either. Dr. RAMA Yadav is just one of those lovely souls in the Gynecology Department who is always willing to assist you in anyway she can. She is very skillful in his field and always ready to provide you the best possible solutions. Please don't hesitate to go if you are looking for a smoother and amazing experience in the city.
