The service was really very poor. The staff seemed very arrogant and lacked basic sense of hospitality. No cutlery or water was provided even after multiple requests. However the food was nice. The ambience inside was very poor due to the lighting and placements of tables.

I stayed in Park Inn for 4 days, and had breakfast and dinner from RBG Bar and Grill multiple times Their breakfast buffet is quite good, and the service is excellent and the staff is very courteous. Room service for dinner was quite good too. I had a very bad experience when I had dinner in the restaurant itself. They put too much Salt in Chicken Butter Masala and the overall service was very poor. However, the Chicken Butter Masala that they made the next day was perfect and the service was excellent the next day. I have now changed my 3-star rating to 5-star

Ambience is very simple, service is very slow you can say untrained waiters, paneer butter masala is below average, dal makhani is good.

Park In hotel's RBG Bar and grill is calm and quiet place for food. I took veg. pakora and cheese toast. Food is tasty here
