I visited Rayhan Eye Hospital and consulted with Dr. Ciju Jose. I must say, he provided excellent care and attentiveness during my visit. He addressed all my concerns and made me feel well taken care of. The glaucoma lab was equally impressive; the technician was highly informative and took the time to explain all the details. However, the only downside I experienced was the long waiting time between the initial check-in and the actual consultation. Despite this, I was very pleased with the level of care I received from the medical staff. Overall, a positive experience with knowledgeable professionals.

I have visited the hospital a couple of weeks ago for my mother's treatment. The staffs where very polite and well behaved. They know how to take care of people. highly recommend.

Very disrespectful reception staff. Don't have the patience for providing information to the patients. Unnecessary lag for the process. Made to sit hours for just an eye test. Wouldn't recommend it to any! ! Very bad
