Raybo Hostel - Backpacker Hostel in Leh - Leh Ladakh, India

Loved my stay in Raybo! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The Indian breakfast with milk tea they provide was always delicious. There are buckets in the bathroom for if you'd like to do your own laundry, and clotheslines on the rooftop to dry your clothes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There's a cinema room on the second floor and a bunch of us staying in the hostel watched a movie upstairs with a projector.

Loved the place. It was kept very clean. Only thing is that it's a bit less accessible for vehicles, so it's best if you decide to stay here for a longer period. Also, you'd have to eat outside because they only serve breakfast. Other than that, everyone was really nice and helpful. Lots of love to Byron (the cute puppy).

The room's great and everything else is decent. The only the problem is the front desk manager. The hostel has a dog named Byron that is loved by all its guests and staff except this front desk manager who hits him with a stick when Byron doesnt obey his every command. This happened while i was there present as the manager ran with a red hot rage to hit the dog and even slammed the stick next to where I was standing and this was really frightening. I was truly shocked when i witnessed this cruelty because this poor dog was just scared out of his wits of this guy. I truly hope they sack this manager for Byron's sake and the sake of all the other guests.

Location is far from the main bazaar with little street lights along the way and many street dogs. I think u can get a better bed closer to the main bazaar with the same price. Location is hard to find and not known by many taxi drivers. Was told by the manager 420rs walk in price but asked for 600rs when check out. After asking further, he changed his statement that it will be 450rs + 100rs breakfast (while it was mentioned free). As similar reviews by other travellers, seem they are trying to make money from every aspect. I would suggest explore other options. The only pro was that hot water is available for shower.

Yes finally! I stayed here 5days with nice guys! Dorms and toilet and so on were pretty much clean and receptionist, he is nice guy! Friendly humorous guy he is. Sometimes I can't stop laughing with him! And they will keep your luggages for few days when if durinh you visit Pangong lake or somewhere. Some convenient stores are far but that was not matter, because I means calm place here is. Ps. The dog is really cute

Good budget place to stay in Leh. Nice staff who can help with anything you need. Free breakfast too. Would stay again.

First of all let me tell u I went to this hotel carrying an injury,as I was interacting with a guy he told me to put away my shoes instantaneously, I was just enquiring about the room.The attitude he showed me was Terrible, he shutted the door in front of me even the location was pathetic as well.Kindly choose some other location

12 mins walk to Main Street, it's silent and clean. Top floor has a nice balcony, and has reliable wifi. The only downside is location, back to the last two minutes of your stay is dark.
