Sambalpur is known for its Dhaba food culture and this particular dhaba is very famous, thanks to the student crowd of Burla. The look and feel of the place is quite desi and you can get a variety of vegetarian and meat items over here.

Went there for lunch . It was house full . Ample parking space . Sufficient seating place . Food 9/10 Quantity 10/10 Taste 9/10 Value for money 10/10 Staff Behaviour 10/10 Service Time 10/10 ( Super Fast Service ) All the best guys

Situated at beheratikra near Godbhaga,left side of National Highway 6 towards sambalpur to Bargarh.. This dhaba has two stairs with outdoor gardens. Best suitable for family parties, Bachelors parties of college students or other people. Owner is very good and well known personal. Other staff are also very good. Items are very tasty .

As I'm editing my old review.. i must mention we were a bit disappointed with the "Chicken Patrapoda" and the Paneer Hyderabadi as well. Though I'm a vegetarian, Chicken Gandhari is a must try when you're at Ray Dhaba.. Besides.. nice spacious place to dine.. good parking area, friendly staff.. quick service and good taste. Not very decorated or filmy interior though. They have A.C. rooms as well for those who want a little privacy !

Very poor service, late for taking order and very late for service that ordered food.

Ray dhaba is the one of good place for foodie in between Bargarh & Sambalpur Highway. Food taste is ok . Go for Nonveg. Specifically tandoor, poda (fired) . Mutton range is rs 500 & Chicken from rs 400. Outdoor lawn dining available. Needed improvement of hygiene in cooking & washing area . Ideal time 7 to 9 PM

Earlier it was good, i was frequently going. But nowadays lot of things has changed, the owner is super rude yelling at employees and also misbehaved with customer, food is expensive and quality is not upto the mark and customer treatment is really poor. My family got scared with the yelling. Dont go with your family. My recommendation is please go with your boys group.
