Great place for authentic taste of chole bhature in nearby Hansraj college
So as a delhiit I was searching about the best place to eat chole bhature and after a while I bumped into this and went there on Sunday. It was worth it I must say the quality of chole was really good. Paneer bhature was also good but aloo bhature disappointed me and my friends. Finding the place was easy. There was pelenty of parking space which was a plus point. Visiting the shop was a good experience.

Taste wise very good. The only issue is the crowded and Messy location. Had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get my order.
The unique thing about this outlet is their aloo stuffed fluffy bhature. Also the variety of chole used is different they use kabuli chane. But to be honest I would rate their chole bhature as above average. It is good to try if you are going to du north campus but it is no where in the league of radheshyam or sitaram in Delhi. The chole have a decent flavour and bhature are well fried and made fresh. Overall a above average place.
The place is tiny front shop with 60 years legacy. Now managed and run by third generation. I ordered 1 bhutra and 1 kulcha in single plate. The chhole does something strange to taste with simple preparation yet flavours active and doesn't give sensation of packet masala as you bite. On asking the owner about food methods that make this place a unique and popular. They said we do everything honestly e.g. use fresh ingredients, instead using baking powder or yeast we naturally allow dough to ferment. Chhole doesn't have artificial masala and size is small than usual chhole available in other famous north indian snack joints. Very light and not heavy on stomach and pocket. 50rs per plate. Strongly recommended to try after or before long walk or run.
Was visiting Rico's next door, when I stumbled upon this joint while parking. Immediately realised I have to grab a bite before I head to Ricos. It was a great decision, I would say this place is one of the Top 5 places serving Chana Bhaturas in delhi. Do not be decieved by the size of the shop, it churns absolutely mouth watering and tasty Chana Bhatura combos. You can choose from Bhatura, Aloo Bhatura, Paneer Bhatura. My personl recommend would be the Aloo Bhatura. Do try if visiting North Campus
