Raw wood Resort - Resort hotel in Kaudia Range, Chopariyal Gaon - Tehri Garhwal, India

Just availing the benefit of location. Unprofessional staff. Pathetic service. No arrangements made to enjoy the ambience guests came for in the property . Just staying in the room is the only option . Once checked in staff becomes incorporative/rude. Early morning multiple calls are done at rooms 2 hrs pretime before breakfast. As per staff breakfast will be served and menu will be decided as per member staying in so called resort. As per them If there are less guest then only basics will be served with limited quantity only to your respective rooms. Following a strict timing of 1.5hr breakfast serving. Unable to manage 10 people breakfast also. Food repletion was taking approx 15 mins due to which it clearly seems intention to delay and waste time.They will stop serving after given time even if you are into the middle of your breakfast knowing the delay of repletion is from there end. Totally incorporative staff. Not recommended.

Raw wood is very beautifully resort with fantastic view of mountains. The food is very good, delicious and lots of varieties. The staff is very friendly and hospitality is really good. We have conducted our IT off-site session there, very well managed. Special thanks to resort manager Arun who took care of everything through out our stay. Overall excellent hospitality and I would suggest everyone to stay here.

I don't recommend this so-called Resort which barely has few unhygienic rooms (runner carpet next to bed was shredding anf floor was dirty too) with no power backup. we had an extremely bad experience with this place, after multiple requests to fix broken doorknob in our room no one showed up until evening, receptionist was rude and was not paying attention to our issues. In food few items in menu were good - morning buffet was also okay not as per the "resort " standard but prices are :)

Had a wonderful vacation weekend in this beautiful property....Everything was just perfect location , food , ambience , rooms , staff. Owner is really nice and humble. Would recommend everyone to add this to their bucket list....a must visit property....a sweet little cottage

Raw Wood Resort is on Chamba-Dhanaulti- Mussoorie Road. It is a beautiful property in Kanatal on the road. This area is famous for adventure camp and activities. The place is small though beautiful and quint. This is second best place to stay if you can't get in Mahindra Club. The hotel is built with white and real wood theme. Rooms are average, you can halt for a coffee break while travelling or a night stay. Rooms are okay and food is average.

Raw wood resort is beautifully located resort with fantastic view of mountains . The staff is very friendly and hospitality is really good . Food is really great and delicious accompanied by live music in evening .Special thanks to resort manager Mr Arun who took care of everything through out our stay . Not to forget restaurant guy pradeep who really served the best . Overall excellent hospitality and I would suggest everyone to stay here . Looking forward to come back again .

Comfortable and peacefull stay with very good service. Beautiful mountain view from room. Food is also delicious. Restaurant is having good sitting arrangement . Staff is also co-operative. Overall best property to stay with family.

Had a comfortable stay at raw wood hotel. Great hospitality, service and food, especially all the bakery items were delicious. All of this with the beautiful view was like a cherry on top of the cake.
