Very good ambience, healthy staff. I really love this place. Has 4 floors so is rarely crowded. The 3/6 month package is budget friendly for students.
Well equipped and clean gym with dedicated trainers. Different floors for cardio/weight-training/legs for increased efficiency. The trainers, Kunal, Param and Mandeep keep switching time slots between themselves to ensure that he gym has at least one trainer at any given time. Special shoutout to the personal training provided by them, exhibiting in depth knowledge of the process be it weight loss or muscle building.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
I have been working out here since February, 2021. My experience is really good. The owner, the trainers I must say their behaviour is really good. In some of the gym the trainers generally ask for a personal training, but in AR fitness they never do
