Awesome I love it This is an amazing place with amazing view of the valley. Very good service also. One downside is the food is not great. It's good, but they can improve there. But overall It's an experience, I enjoyed a lot there. They have got a full scale gym, indoor games which I enjoyed playing. Easily the best place in Pachgani.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely like to visit again and recommend it to others. The valley view room was amazing with a scenic view. We experienced excellent room service and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and we loved the lavish breakfast spread.
This is an amazing hotel overlooking the valley. The hotel is ideally located where there are cross winds across the valley. So you do get a blast of fresh air through out. Monsoon time gives you fog n rain throughout. But a clear night is awesome to stand on the observation and just look at the valley. Lighting in the gaming room could be better. But their break fast buffet is awesome. Being just besides Sydney point has its pros.
Had a very pleasant stay. The valley view rooms are amazing . The food is also very good. Right from check in to room service to staff , everything was smooth. The pool is small though. But the balconies / deck area of the rooms make up for it. Tennis courts are a huge plus point. Overall a very fantastic experience.
Rooms and excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was very good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Also location was very beautiful and great. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Had a good rest and stay, lovely food. a LA carte menu also had good options. good room service and Wi-Fi was good enough. liked the loft style of the room. 2 levels in the room gave room and alternative to rest and use space individually. we were recommended by family to go there and we were glad we did. it is just at the beginning and lovely view of the mountain, morning breakfast outside with the view was beautiful, some good pictures captured of the sunset as well.
This place is awesome. Superb location and rightfully tagged as palace of the winds. It is spread across acres of land with tennis courts, play area, and scenic private valley views overlooking dam. Great place to be with family and friends.
Visited this hotel after 6 years and must say it is still the same. Easy check-in and check-out. Room service is spot-on with good hospitality. Restaurant is still Melting pot so food is obv good. We stayed in Valley View rooms. See rooms are very basic but If you are looking for a stay away from the hustle bustle and with great view, then hands down this is the right place for you.
