We have Brought Flat in his project called Ravinanda Skylight and from past 3 years work has been stopped. And they are not even responding for the same.
Think before invest or visit Skylight Sight.
Ravinanda is worst builder I seen in my life ... Not bother to complete projects.... Do check with other site of Ravinanda before buying.... Not a single project is completed by these fraud builders.....
I m trying to connect with authority person from long time but no one is calling or replying over mail. Seem everyone left the organisation including owner , directors. Even trying to connect Sameer Jain and Devesh Jain but no one responding. No professionalism. Now it is more than 7 months and no one is responding, 6 months back i have raised Maharera request CR005000000151477 but they haven't accepted it yet. They are not coming to site, they do not have any office any more, they see our calls and messages but no response till yet.
I AM also book flat i c building , Mr Sameer Jain never respond my call

Builder do not respond, construction halted. Waste of lifetime saving.
Poor quality , Very unprofessional builder...Beware ...Fraud ...Never book. U will repent like me. Instead go for another good builder...
With Ravinanda Towers, you get all the benefits of Kharadi, but at a lesser price. It is a nicely planned project and has good lifestyle amenities. Definitely worth it!
